A small teaser for our new album!
“Jalousie” it the title of a new album, celebrating Jacob Gade and the 100th anniversary of the immortal Tango Jalousie. Featuring his major work for solo violin and orchestra, the album also hosts pieces never recorded before and a version of Tango Jalousie in its original salon orchestra version. Released with Decurio and available later spring 2025.

I’m so excited to present as Trio Vitruvi, together with my dear friends Alexander and Jacob, an all new recording with the outstanding world stars Nabil Shehata and Hartmut Rohde playing Brahms and Schubert. Released with Orchid Classics and recorded in the famous Teldex Studios in Berlin with the incredible producer Benedikt Schröder.

Thank you 2024!
As the year comes to a close, I would like to make an attempt at the impossible and make an official thank you to the almost endless list of incredible people with whom I’ve shared many wonderful moments with in my professional life throughout the year.

2024 turned into one of the most busy and fruitful years, which besides concertos, recitals and masterclasses, also has seen the completion and awaiting release of six albums. Some have already been partially or fully released with great reception and an overwhelming amount of streams.

I would like to extend a great thank you to the labels and their dedicated teams who have showed great attention to detail during the production of the recordings.

Also a great thank you to the sponsors and foundations who have invested both time and of course financial support, making the many endeavors with music possible.

I remain extremely grateful to the colleagues with whom I have worked with through the year, some being responsible for the creation of the new albums which have already now made way for exciting prospects in the awaiting seasons.

A special thank you goes to my new colleagues at The Danish Philharmonic Orchestra, where I have joined as concertmaster and which gives an all new, exciting dimension to my career and life as a musician.

Thanks again 2024 - I’ve pulled up my socks and am excited to see you all in 2025!

I’m extremely grateful to have received so many wonderful comments after releasing with Naxos @naxos_denmark recording of Brahms Sonatas for violin and piano, which I have made with my dear colleague Christina Bjørkøe @christinabjorkoepiano . It is with a great deal of thought and hesitation one works with, and decides to further record great masterworks such as these three sonatas. And to then receive so many compliments from experienced and honorable colleagues has meant a great deal to me.

4 new upcoming releases are soon out, these being my debut jazz album recorded with The Snorre Kirk Trio and Trio Vitruvi’s new album with Schubert & Brams, both being released with Orchid Records; a new album with seven new concertos for violin and chamber ensemble recorded with The Danish Chamber Players and last; an all new recording with music by Jacob Gade for German label Decurio.
